Why Have A Personal Wedding Website?

It's a fun, easy way to share all there is to know about the wedding with the entire family, no matter where they may be.

Allow visitors to e-mail you or leave a message in your guestbook for all to see, the convenience of shopping your registry directly from the web-site (more gifts), find directions to the ceremony and reception, view up to 10 photos before the wedding and 50 after the wedding, and to learn all about the wedding party, you, and your future spouse.

The photographer may post the wedding photos directly to the site and make them available for purchase as soon as a cd can be made.  This is an additional charge, but well worth it to take the burden of ordering photos for the entire family off of your shoulders.  You just send them to your website to view and purchase the wedding photos, and the photographer collects the orders directly.  This is an obvious advantage to you and the photographer!

When Should You Have A Wedding Website?

We recommend the site going up 6 months prior to the wedding and staying up for 6 months after the wedding.

This will allow plenty of time for your family and friends to visit the site, leave a message for you in your guestbook, shop your registry, and learn all about you before the wedding and to drop back by after the wedding to view and possibly purchase the photos.  Printing the web address on the invitations and announcements along with a small banner at the wedding reception sign in and gift table will remind and bring everyone to the site to share the joy of your marriage!

How Can You Have A Wedding Website?

It's as easy as filling out our online form, or e-mailing us with your first and last names so we can begin by finding a domain name and share your wedding online for all to enjoy, especially those friends and relatives who live far away and will have no way of attending.

It starts with a web address.  We use a combination of your names to find an available, suitable domain name to use for your wedding web site and purchase it, making it available for 1 full year .  That's it!  Just fill out the online form so we can collect all the information and send us some photos (up to 10 before the wedding and 50 after the wedding) so we can have the website up and running, usually within 48 hours of initial contact.
The site can be turned into a personal web-site after the year has expired for an additional yearly fee.
